Modern feed factories operating with full automation, without human intervention in the manufacturing process, including:
Five production lines built to the latest global manufacturing standards, with a production capacity of 65,000 tons per month.
A premix production line for micro-additives, vitamins, and mineral salts to enhance and support the supply of the main production lines.
Integrated quality control laboratories equipped with the latest analytical chemistry instruments and NIR devices to ensure raw material quality control and consistency of the final product quality.
A full research and product development team responsible for selecting and testing additives before use, aiming to achieve the highest efficiency at the lowest possible cost
An agricultural sector spanning over 6,000 acres in Minya for the production of strategic crops, fruits, and medicinal and aromatic plants.
Broiler breeder farms for producing day-old broiler chicks with the highest quality and immunity.
Broiler farms with a production capacity of 1,200,000.
Livestock farms with a capacity of 1,050 heads.
Layer farms for table egg production.

Samy Ayed Feed and Poultry Group is the result of a journey that began from scratch; from simple poultry houses in the 1990s and modest steps in the poultry sector, to becoming this large industrial and agricultural entity with a clear position in the poultry feed and animal production industry in Egypt.
From the very beginning, my firm belief has been that this field is not built on luck, but on knowledge, discipline, and quality. Feed is not just a product to be bought and sold; it is a fundamental element that affects the health of the flock, the breeder’s economy, and ultimately the nation’s food security system. That is why we chose for Sami Ayed Group to be built on a clear scientific framework in thinking, decision-making, and development.
